Supported Transitional Accommodation & Life Skills Program
| Provide: | Transitional accommodation and life skills program with youth worker support, share house | ||||||
| For: | Young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless looking to develop independent living skills | ||||||
| Eligible: | Young people aged 15 to 18 years A willingness to develop life skills Have an income and/or a capacity to pay rent |

| Stay: | 12 months maximum stay (conditions apply) | ||||||
| Referrals: | Initial contact/referral by phone and a wait list is kept for when vacancies arise (No emergency beds available) |

| Access: | Car, Sandgate train station or bus | ||||||
| Cost: | $50.00 p/wk board for the first 12 weeks – includes utilities and main meals
At 13 weeks board is increased to $70 Key deposit of $25 |

Things you need to know:
- We do not accept families, accompanying children or pets.
- The program does not have the capacity to accept young people with high support needs including those with drug and/or alcohol dependency or high behavioural, mental health or disability needs.
